At tink, we offer free returns/exchanges for all orders returned within the outlined timeframes. Our return window begins the day after your order is placed. Returns requested after the allotted timeframe, will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please do not attempt to return/exchange merchandise without contacting customer care.

30-Day Return/Exchange Window for all other brands.

Requesting a Return/Exchange

Follow our simple 3-STEP process to make your return or exchange hassle-free!

STEP 1

Email support@tink.us with your return/exchange request.

Include your order number, the reason for returning the item, and state the condition of the branded packaging (open or sealed). Wait for our reply, for detailed return instructions and your prepaid return label.

STEP 2

Carefully package and send your items using the provided return label.

Include the order number, the reason for returning the item, and state the condition of the branded packaging (open or sealed). To begin shipment, drop off the package at your local USPS.

STEP 3

Once delivered to our distribution center, allow up to 10 days to receive your refund/exchange.

Once processed, you will receive an automated notice of refund/exchange via email.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Products often ship separately - if you feel your order is missing items, please contact support@tink.us.

  • Product damaged or defective upon delivery? Parts or accessories missing? If yes, immediately email customer care at support@tink.us.
  • Keep the shipping box and branded packaging.

  • If damaged, send a photo of the package damage, and/or missing components.

  • If you discard the box and/or fail to photo document the damage, a refund will not be applicable.

Cancel An Order

Email support@tink.us immediately, to check if your order is eligible for cancellation.

  • If the order has not shipped: cancellation is possible, but not guaranteed.
  • If the order has shipped: cancellation is not possible. The items will be delivered normally. To receive a refund, you must initiate a return - please refer to our 3 STEP return process.
