Return Policy

Our return policy is valid within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. In special cases with longer delivery times, we allow up to 45 days to account for the receipt of your order. If the 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately not able to offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer, rather follow these simple instructions:

Step 1 - Send an email with your order number, return request and a short explanation to support@tink.us, please include accurate information about which item(s) you would like to return and whether they have been opened or used.

Step 2 - Ship your return back using the prepaid shipping labels sent to your email, which must be used within 2 weeks of receipt as the return order number is only valid for 30 days from when the return request is made. Since we have multiple distributors, it is very important that you send products back using the correct shipping labels. If the correct shipping labels are not used for each product, we will not be able to process your full refund.

Step 3 - Your return will be processed by our distributors within 10-15 days of receipt at their warehouse.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

– Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons which do not originate from tink or our distributors.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will begin the process to issue your refund. We will notify you by email if the return has been rejected. If the return has been rejected by our distributor, we cannot issue a refund. If the return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account once the return has been approved.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received notification of your refund yet, first contact your bank account or credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
