Include your order number, the reason for returning the item, and state the condition of the branded packaging (open or sealed). Wait for our reply, for detailed return instructions and your prepaid return label.
Carefully package and send your items using the provided return label.

Once delivered to our distribution center, allow up to 10 days to receive your refund/exchange.

If damaged, send a photo of the package damage, and/or missing components.
If you discard the box and/or fail to photo document the damage, a refund will not be applicable.
