Return Policy

First of all, we would like to thank you for shopping with tink! We realize that sometimes you may want to return or exchange a product. Here at tink, we believe that this should be quick and easy. That is why we offer Free Returns within 30 days of your purchase.

3 STEP Return Process

Please note that our return policy is valid for 30 days after your purchase. This means that if you are unhappy with the item you bought for any reason and would like to return it for a refund or replace it, we will do it for you. Unfortuantely, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange requests after the 30 days have passed.


With tink, returns are easy! Just follow our 3 STEP Return Process to make your return or exchange hassle-free.


STEP 1: Contact Us

  • Call us at (855) 885-8840 or send us an email at and tell us about your experiences with the product. Please tell us what product(s) you wish to return and if you have used the product(s). Please also tell us why you wish to return the product(s)—we might have another product that better fits your needs.
  • If you choose to call us, be sure to have your order number ready so we can quickly identify it. If you choose to email us, please reference the order number in your email.
  • Please do not send the products back without getting in touch. We will have to send you one or more return shipping labels so you do not have to pay for shipping.

STEP 2: Return Product with Prepaid Return Label

  • After you have contacted us, ship the products back using the Prepaid Return Label(s) we have sent to your email address. This must be completed within 7 days of the receipt of the label. Please make sure to repackage the products, following the instructions you have received from the tink Service Team.
  • Please note, since we have multiple distribution centers it is very important that you send products back using the correct shipping labels. If the correct shipping labels are not used for each product, we will not be able to process your full refund.
  • If you receive more than one return shipping label, make sure that each product is shipped to the correct address.
  • If you have already opened and used the item you are returning, please return the product in its original packaging with all its accessories.

STEP 3: Wait for your Refund or Replacement

  • After you have shipped the product back to us, we will promptly process it and issue a refund or send you the replacement. Here is what will happen:
  • Once our distribution centers have received your return, they will usually take 3-4 business days to inspect, process, and confirm the return with our Service Center.
  • After we have received a confirmation from our distribution centers, we will issue your refund. The refund should take 5-7 working days (usually less) to appear on your account.
  • If you return the wrong item or an item that was damaged after you have received it, we cannot provide you with a refund.
  • Haven’t received your refund yet? Please first contact your bank or credit card company as it often takes some time until your refund is posted. If you have done this and still not have received your refund, call us at (855) 885-8840 or send us an email at and we can look into it for you.

Cancelling Your Order

  • Accidentally chose the wrong color? Changed your mind about the product? If you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible at (855) 885-8840 or send us an email at . We are always happy to discuss products that better fit your needs.
  • If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to find a way to cancel your order or find a product that better fits your needs.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we will issue the refund once we have received the items back from you. Please refer to our 3 STEP return guide to help you with this process.

Damaged Product or Part of your Order Missing?

  • If you find that a product is damaged upon delivery, or if there are components of your order missing, please immediately contact our Service Center at (855) 885-8840 or send us an email at .
  • Be sure to keep the box and the packaging of the shipment. Also be sure to take a photo of the box and shipment if it has been damaged or there are components missing.
  • If you discard the box and do not document the damage with a photo, we may not be able to refund your order.
  • Please note that if you order multiple products from our website, they may come in separate shipments.
