Add the products you want to the shopping cart. Don't forget to also add the installation service.

Step 2
Schedule Your Appointment

Once your order is placed, tink or Hello Tech will contact you within one business day to set a suitable date and time for your professional Installation service.

Step 3
Appointment Confirmation

Once your appointment has been established. HelloTech will find the perfect tech for your job.

You will then receive an email and text from Hello Tech to confirm your appointment.

Step 4
Installation Day

You will receive a text from your tech letting you know they are on their way.

Once the Installation is completed, they wilt have you sign off letting us know everything is done.

FAQs

What is HelloTech?

HelloTech (www.hellotech.com) is an on-demand, in-home tech support service provided by their fully-vetted and background checked team of technicians. In addition to a complete range of in-home tech installation and support services, they also offer HelloTech Now Online Support for issues that can be resolved remotely.

Is selecting the services a binding contract?

You will receive an offer from HelloTech with the exact pricing for installing the products you bought and can then decide if you would like to use the service.

Is HelloTech available in my area?

HelloTech is available nationwide! If you need service in a more remote area, it may take a little longer than usual to match you with a technician, but they’ll do everything they can to service your request. Thanks in advance for your patience.

What are the installation hours?

In-home tech support services are available from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week. For support issues, email HelloTech at partnerservices@hellotech.com or call 1-805-250-4224.

Is my service guaranteed?

HelloTech guarantees the service for 30 days. If you have a problem with any work performed, simply contact them and they will send another tech out at your convenience. HelloTech is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you’re not 100% happy, they will do whatever it takes to make it right.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call Support at 1-805-250-4224 to ensure prompt attention. You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment. If you fail to cancel at least 3 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time, you will be charged in full for your scheduled service. You may reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 3 hours prior to the appointment time. A $25 service fee will be applied to appointments rescheduled within 3 hours of the appointment time. HelloTech pays their technicians for canceled and rescheduled appointments so they appreciate your understanding. Fees apply to in-home services only. How skilled are your techs?

HelloTech’s technicians come from a variety of backgrounds. They range from full-time tech support professionals to college students looking to make some extra cash. Rest assured, HelloTech hand selects their techs and only after they have been vetted and demonstrate their knowledge through a series of skills assessments will HelloTech send them to your home.

Should I arrange for additional services with my tech?

If you need additional service on an existing order, your tech will let HelloTech's support team know. If you need an additional service, you can book by phone or online at HelloTech.com. Please don't contact your tech directly to book an appointment or make a payment. The HelloTech Guarantee and any warranties only apply to services booked through their system. Additionally, any services arranged directly between you and your tech are not covered by their insurance policy.

How soon can I schedule my appointment?

You can request in-home service as soon as the next day once contacted after your order.

When will my tech arrive?

When requesting your service, you’ll provide your availability. Once they’ve found the right tech for your service, you’ll receive a confirmation email which will include your appointment date and time. That’s when your tech will arrive - no 4-hour windows of time at HelloTech. If your tech is late, please contact HelloTech so they can check on their status. HelloTech strives for punctuality and doesn’t want to waste your precious time.
